Teleflex Hydraulic Fill Kit for all inboard/outboard, outboard, and inboard Seastar hydraulic helms. Kit includes fill tube and push-pin to vent. Check filling system periodically for leaks. If leaks are found, correct before using. Failure to correct a leak can lower the oil level in your boat's steering system, resulting in loss of steering. Not intended for former Teleflex hydraulic systems, except the SyTen System. This kit makes bleeding and purging your SeaStar hydraulic steering system much easier.
Seastar suggests: first, pre-fill your helm, attach the filler kit with a quart of SeaStar fluid (HA5430H), puncture the bottom end of the bottle with the included pushpin, and begin the bleeding process.
